We have a lovely spacious double bedroom available in our flat in Balham with 3 friendly and sociable housemates.

We are all easy going and sociable young professionals who enjoy spending time together, but also have our own lives too. We would therefore like a new housemate who will treat the flat as their home and not just a place to crash. We enjoy exploring London and the local bars and restaurants but we also enjoy staying in having dinner and watching rubbish on TV!

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Balham tube and overground and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. We are also only a few minutes away from Wandsworth Common.

The house consists of an open plan living room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a balcony off every room and a shared garden.

The bedroom comes with a bed, wardrobe and side table. It also comes with a lovely original fireplace and a bay window with access to the balcony.
