Me and another girl Jemma have recently met on spare room and have found the most perfect 3 bed flat in Balham! It has a balcony, shared lounge, large double bedrooms and lots of storage (enough for bikes - we will be cycling to work). It is about a 15 minute walk to the station and about 5-10 mins to the high street/bars/restaurants of Balham.
We need a third person to secure the flat and are really looking for someone of a similar age who is looking for a sociable flat share - bars, restaurants, cinema, takeaways, days out...you know the sort.
We need to find someone ASAP as looking to confirm tomorrow or Thursday, so please get in touch for more information and more general photos, then maybe we can meet for a drink!
