The city of London is nestled between the buzz and excitement of the westend and the new trendy cutting edge east end. The area itself has a large number of shops and great supermarkets. You will also be utterly spoiled for choice with restaurants from the humble curry houses of brick lane to the incredible array of restaurants throughout the city.

The Barbican Estate was built in the middle of last century on a WW2 bomb site. It has been considered a highly successful example of modern architecture in the Brutalist style and has now attained special listed status.
