The house generally appeals to internationals since it is all inclusive, cleaned weekly, fully furnished with TV, Broadband & all cutlery, crockery etc so if you travel light everything is here. Also, you have the advantage of sharing with other people new to London.

(11)HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupation)
This house has a licence from Hammersmith & Fulham Council and is of an approved standard in terms of fire doors, fire alarm system, means of escape & approved landlord.


(12)STREET PARKING
A Residents Street Parking Permit is available from Hammersmith & Fulham at around £100 for 12 months. Alternatively, you can pay by the hour at £1. 60 per hour Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm which works out at £12. 80 per day or £64 per week.
