Only two other occupants presently live in the property. Both nice, tidy professionals and graduates. 1 Indian, 1 Nigerian. The tenant that just left was European.. One of the occupant's who is an I. T specialist is also a creative into acting/writing & was the body double used for finishing of a famous R&B singer's wax statue on display in Madam Tussand's; Hollywood..
