Professional male who teaches in East London.

Hello people,

I am a professional and I am looking for a suitable housemate in a 3 bedroom house in East London (2 double and a single upstairs, also, I am wanting to make use of the lounge downstairs.

There are currently two housemates; two in 2 seperate double rooms upstairs. And there is a single room available as dated.

The other room, that I am looking to rent out, does not get used at all mainly due to the working hours of the housemates.

So the living room is now available to be used as another bedroom. There is a nice size storage sofa bed and comfortable king size blow up bed available; laminate flooring, good lighting, loads of space, a nice size TV, access to back garden and access to a personal shower downstairs as well.

The house offers a garden, free internet, washing machine and a kitchen, including plenty of space to store food in cupboards, with additional storage around the house for other items.

There are 2 showers, one downstairs (for personal use) and one upstairs (for general use).

Ideally, I am simply looking for someone who is friendly, responsible and clean.
