I am looking for a flatmate to share a smallish 2 bedroom garden flat in a great location...2 mins from Belsize Park Tube and 10 mins from Swiss Cottage Tube.
The room is furnished but you are welcome to bring your own stuff if you have it. Be aware though there is not much room for storage. There is also private access to a large garden from the room. ( You can smoke here if you wish.)
The rest of the flat consists of a living/kitchen area with a table, sofa etc and a bathroom. Most mod cons including a washer and a dryer.
The rent is £823 per month, (or £190 pw) payable on the 27th, including Council tax, water and gas. £10 a week into a kitty for elec/unlimited broadband and TV license.
The flat will suit a professional after a quiet life. No party people!
