One double en-suite room in leafy Belsize Park!

One double room has become available in our lovely home in Belsize Park. The room is located in the attic and has an en-suite bathroom, deposit is 6 weeks rent.

The house is 5 minutes away from Belsize Park tube station and Hampstead Heath overground. Camden is just down the road and the Heath around the corner - so perfect location wise! There are pubs, restaurants, shops and everything else you need right on the doorstep.

Myself and my current flatmate Katie are both in our twenties, are sociable, friendly and enjoy going to the local pub or hanging out downstairs watching a bit of trash tv!

The house is lovely and cosy and we are looking for housemates who are fun and easy going who will be up for chilling out in the living room or going for drinks now and then! We are not clean freaks but we are looking for housemates who will keep the communal areas clean and tidy so we don't end up having to clean up each others mess!

The house has a large back garden with a shed available for storage and is ideal in the summer when the British summer finally arrives. We are located on a residential street so parking is available outside and permits are easy to obtain from Camden council.

The rent includes Broadband and also a cleaner who comes once a week. We also have a handyman who is available to pop over if we need any help with anything.
