You will be spoiled with great transport links, 5 minutes walk to Belsize Park tube station with night buses going to and from the West End just opposite the station. We're also an 8 minute walk to Swiss Cottage tube. The flat however, is located in a quiet and secluded tree lined residential street.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dinning table and chairs.
There is a WC on the ground floor ideal for visitors and a full bathroom upstairs with shower over bath.
The flat has LOADS of storage space including a shared walking-in wardrobe.

We have one double room available furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a bedside table.
You will be sharing with 2 lovely mid-30's professional females who are ideally looking for someone who has shared for a few years before and is mature and considerate enough to understand the rules of communal living. They take pride in where they live and enjoy living in a clean, tidy and organised environment and hope to find someone who does too. We have a wonderful cleaning lady who comes around once a week for an extra tenner each so not much scrubbing is needed.

This is not a party flat, but we do enjoy having friends around for dinner/drinks, movie nights, and you would be more than welcome to invite your friends too.
No students and no couples, sorry. Full time professionals only and references will be requested!
Total moving costs are deposit (£1050) plus 1 month rent in advance (£758).
Rent includes heating but no other bills.
