Four young professionals are searching for a fifth housemate in a roomy and beautifully finished period townhouse by Hampstead Heath. The property is a short walk from Belsize Park tube station (Northern line) and Hampstead Heath overground plus it's on the stopping route for many buses heading into central including C11, 46, 168 (Waterloo) and 24 (Kings Cross, Pimlico).

The room is a fully furnished double with it's own ensuite bathroom and comes with all the necessary amenities.

We are looking for someone sociable, friendly and looking for a home not a house. That said, this is not a party house and we are all busy professionals during the week.

This house is in a fantastic location, right next to the Heath as well as Hampstead village, Camden, Kentish Town and Chalk Farm. Great pubs, cafes, restaurants in the area. Also a large M&S and large Budgens a short walk away.

The rent is £825 per calendar month and includes council tax but excludes bills (these are max £50/month). The deposit is 6 weeks rent.
