The room is available to be moved into from Early October and comes fully furnished consisting of a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Our flat has a large modern and fully equipped kitchen with inbuilt appliances, including a dishwasher and a washing machine/drier.
One bathroom with toilet (cant really say its a power-shower one, but works very well) and a very large living room.
The block is part of a well maintained mansion with very nice communal garden at the back.

The price shown is excluding bills (gas, council tax, wifi, electricity, cleaner). Bills come around 100 pounds pcm.

We have a supreme Location: Just off England's Lane. 5 minute walk to Belsize Park tube station(Northern) and 10 minute walk to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee).
Primrose Hill and Hampstead Park are nearby, Camden town Market is just down the road. Numerous convenience stores (Tesco & Budgens), bars, cafes, restaurants, gyms and cinemas (Everyman & Odeon).

About us - we are 2 guys who work hard and are rarely home. One is 35 year old Israeli Architect while the other is a 33 year old Italian/Israeli banker. We both work long hours so leaving quite early in the morning and not back home before 10pm.

We share the flat in a pleasant and patient atmosphere, Tidy and organized, Friendly and Respectful.
We work a lot...yet always trying to 'live the city' whenever we have the chance to.
