Friendly Flatshare In A Quiet Flat

Spare room available , would suit someone professional looking to be located centrally in a friendly neighbourhood. All bills included in the rent .

A little bit about the place:

A good size room , lots of natural light with a king bed, and a decent wardrobe. Have a look at the video to see what my flatmate has done to make the room more cosy , the desk and the night stands are hers so don’t come with the room . The bed is different to the ones in the photos and is part of the room as I upgraded it, you can see the new bed in the video.

You would be sharing the place with my lovely flat mate and me, the current flat mate is moving to the USA at the end of April . We would want someone to move in then but are also happy to wait a few weeks for the right person. I cant seem to edit the description above but its a 3 bedroom place not a 2 bed as stated .

Due to Covid , my flatmate works from her bedroom but as things open up she will be heading to the office a few days a week , I work nights so sleep in the day. We want someone quiet , at the same time we are both friendly and want someone to be part of a home rather than a flat share .

We like to keep things tidy and so looking for someone who would be willing to do the same.

The flat is modern , the kitchen is a good size and has 2 dishwashers , a utility room where the washing machine is , wifi with range extenders do no black spots , living room plus theres some garden space at the front and back of the house which we make use of in the warmer weather .

The flat is located in Steele's Village close to Belsize Park (zone 2) and within a 5 mins walk of Chalk Farm and Belsize Park, route 168 bus from our front door and 24/46/27/393 all nearby and also 10 min walk from the london overground hampstead heath and Kentish Town West. plenty of good shops/ cafes/ restaurants and gyms in the area.
