I am looking for someone to sublet my place for 4 weeks between the 1st July till the 1st August whilst I am travelling.

It’s a very spacious double bedsit located only few minutes away from Belsize park tube station. It is a bedsit, a separate little flat with self contained kitchen and shared shower/loo - not a room in a shared house. You will have your own little flat. The place is big enough for two people, so either if you are a couple or two friends you will have enough space – there is a double bed as well as a double futon for you to use.

I have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, micro, kettle, mocca etc) and you are welcome to use my cutlery & crockery. There is a washing machine so no worries about the laundrette. The house is very quiet, mainly young professionals live here. The rent is £750 which includes all bills - electricity, heating and Internet. I have Wifi with unlimited downloads, no TV but my internet is pretty fast, I usually watch BBC Iplayer/Netflix online instead of watching TV.

The area is perfect, in Zone 2 only 20 mins from Central London, you can even walk if you feel like it. We have very good transport links – Belsize Park tube station (Northern line) is just down the road (5 mins), but you can get to either Swiss Cottage or Finchley road in 10 mins if you need either the Jubilee line or the Metropolitan line. There are 24/7 buses and good night bus service, very easy to get home if you go out! Camden town is only 15 minutes walk, Hampstead Heath/ Primrose hill is 10 minutes , or you can walk up to Hampstead in 10 minutes as well. It’s beautiful, clean and very safe.

This place is ideal for you:
- If you temporarily need a place or if you are new to London or you are trying to find somewhere permanent (which is not easy in London).
- You are two (either a couple or friends) – the place is big and you can share the rent – which breaks down the cost, and makes it very cheap
- You want to live somewhere elegant, safe, with good transport links and close to Central London
- You appreciate your independence – you will have a flat for your own
- You don’t want to bother with bedding, plates, knife & folks – you can use mine

I am looking for someone trustworthy – I will leave all my stuff at the place but will free up some wardrobe space for you. I will need the rent in advance & perhaps £200 deposit.
