Short Let in a bright spacious flat

The second small double bedroom in our spacious, airy flat is available for next month or two.

Flat is 3 min from belsize park tube, 5 min from chalkfarm, 5 min from primrose hill, 5 min from hampstead..

Room has a double wardrobe and a small double bed and a window facing over garden back. Also just about enough room for a small desk.

Decent bathroom with stand in shower and a good kitchen.

This is ideal for somebody looking for a temporary move into a mature, chilled-out flat where they can be guaranteed personal space. Cleaner comes every second week for few hours which I pay for.

I'm 31 y/o irish male working in financial markets but also pursuing start up ideas. My other half is an Argentinian graphic designer who loves all facets of art. We play tennis, random music, climb and knock the odd session volunteering with a charity for the homeless ( do not confuse this with that!) We are pretty laid back in the grown up sense, respectful and usually up for a beer.

Rent and bills must be paid before start of month. Also ideally you work reasonably similar hours (8am to 6/7 pm) so we aren't waking each other up at crazy o'clock every night.
