The flat is very nice and very spacious, and is in an ideal location close to Northern, Jubilee and Overground stations, walking distance from Hampstead Heath & Primrose Hill, 2 minutes from a Budgens and surrounded by a number of good pubs. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving out of the country!
Rent is £685/month (due on the 10th of every month) + £50-£70/month for bills including council tax, Internet and water.
The flat is owned privately so no need to deal with estate agents. The lease ends in August but can be renewed. Looking for someone to move in ASAP in May.
