I have a double room to rent in a gorgeous 2 bed garden flat just 7 min walk to Belsize Park tube station (Northern line). All of the amenities of Belsize park and Hampstead are close by. Hampstead Heath is right on the doorstep with the overground less than 5mins walk away. The flat and room come furnished with everything you need. There's a shared living room, kitchen (with dishwasher!), bathroom and private garden to the back.

The room is currently available from mid April (can be a little flexible here) until end of July, as I am looking for someone to cover the end of my lease as I have bought a property and am moving out before the lease ends. You would be sharing with one other female professional aged 33, who is clean & tidy and easy to get along with. There would then be the option to negotiate a new lease with my landlord at the end of July should you wish to continue it on.
