The flat has just had a smart brand new bathroom installed in July 2014. Lounge has french windows leading onto deck and pretty garden.

The bedroom is recently decorated with new wooden floor and new blinds and the bed has a very comfy brand new high quality orthopaedic mattress (bought June 2014 from John Lewis). The flat will be shared with the current tenant, a lovely 28 yr old woman.

A lovely space for living and relaxing in.

AMAZING LOCATION: 1 min walk to Swiss Cottage tube (takes you to centre of town in less than 10 mins), 10 mins walk to Belsize Park tube. Close also to many buses on Finchley Road.

The flat is literally a 2 minute walk to a great gym, swimming pool, shops, nice Belsize Park cafes. 10 minutes walk to Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath. Please note that the kitchen is vegetarian (or kosher meat allowed only).

The rent does not include bills. Bills come to about £130 per month including council tax. Plus cleaner.
