Huge Double Room in Belsize Park

Massive former living room that has been converted into a fourth bedroom in our homey apartment between Belsize Park Tube and Hampstead Heath Overground. If we say massive we mean it - the room has a double bed, a desk area and a huge couch corner.
Very bright due to a wall of windows, located on the ground floor of our two story flat, adjacent toilet with sink (not used by other tenants).
Bills amount to ~£35 per month and council tax is £50. Move in date would ideally be the 11th of October but can also be the 15th is it suits better.

Come live with three fun loving and caring girls: Marta (Italian, 24, film maker), Claudia (22, Romanian, fashion), Nicole (25, German, hospitality). Very diverse, three completely different personalities that click well. We like hanging out together a lot (house dinners, movies, kitchen benders, pub crawls) but also respect each others privacy. Boys and girls welcome.

The area literally offers everything you'll ever need, North London's best pub, The Stag, right next-door, plenty of cafes and eateries, M&S, Budgens supermarket, gym, all minutes away. Hampstead Heath is only a quick stroll away.
