Our place is fabulously located in SE1 just behind Bermondsey Square (10/15 minute stroll to London Bridge station, 1 minute to bus stops on Tower Bridge Road). Brilliant area with wide range of local shops and amenities, including farmers market, art house cinema and of course Bermondsey Street's bars, pubs and restaurants as well as The Shard.

The available room is a small but high-ceilinged double, south facing with loads of natural light. Comes fully furnished including double bed, side table, wardrobe. etc. Generous storage space available if required.

The flat itself is a gorgeous, newly decorated Victorian build, double glazed throughout and with large kitchen/ living room complete with breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 5 ring gas stove. French windows lead outside to a decked, private walled garden with potted herbs, fruit and flowers. We have somehow accumulated 3 bikes which tenants welcome to use - Ample space for 4th bicycle storage too.

Please note, this rental is only really suitable for cat lovers as Brian and Melvin, two cute and affectionate cats (sometimes a bit shy - RSPCA adoptees) also live here!
