I am a professional female with a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. I am looking to rent out the second bedroom on a weekday basis.

The room is a large single with furniture including bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, double wardrobe and a dressing table (which could also be used as a desk). The room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the terrace.

Although not ensuite you will have sole use of the main bathroom as I use the ensuite in my bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and over the bath shower with rainforest type shower head.

The Kitchen and and Lounge are shared and you are also free to use the really large terrace (about 25m2 in size).

All bills are included (although not use of the telephone). High speed broadband also included.

The property is in an excellent location in the Bermondsey Spa Development on the Zone 1/2 border. It is 5 minutes walk to Bermondsey Station which is on the Jubilee Line. It is also walking distance to London Bridge, Borough Market, Tower Bridge, Tower Hill, Shad Thames, More London Place and other central London hotspots. The nearest grocery store is less than 2 minutes walk from the property.

The property does not come with parking but there is a secure bike store in the building.

I would prefer a clean and tidy female non-smoking tenant (I would consider male tenants also).
