Hello, we are Greg and Penny, two friends looking for a new roommate to replace our housemate Laura who is moving out at the end of the month.

The Flat
- Cosy kitchen diner living room equipped with all the usual modcons
- Good sized modern bathroom with bath and shower
- Large storage cupboards in the hall
- The Room - Spacious double bedroom (includes a built in wardrobe/ storage unit, a double bed, a shelving unit and a small set of drawers)

The Fun Stuff:

- We are a friendly relaxed house, if we're not out and about exploring London then we tend to congrugate in the living room together.

- Sometimes on a Saturday morning we will venture down to Maltby St market and sample the yummy food on offer (the pulled pork burgers are the perfect hangover cure).

- We both like to keep active, Greg playing rugby and basketball and Penny running. We enjoy live music, rubbish television, visiting new exhibitions and galleries, cheese and most importantly we both love food!!

The Area (warning a Food theme might be emerging)

- Maltby St market is a stones throw from the flat and has amazing food stalls at the weekend

- Borough market is just down the road

- Bermondsey St is a 10 minute walk and has lots of lovely bars and restaurants

- Shad Thames is just opposite - riverfront restaurants and bars

- Tower Bridge (best bridge in London)

The Boring stuff:

- Rent is £666
- Bills are no more than £60 a month (this includes council tax which is £33 each)

- Moving in date is Sunday 29th January (you could start moving stuff in on the evening of 28th if more convenient)
- Tenancy agreement ends on 01/07/2017, at which point it can be renewed for another year.

- Agency fee £85
