The flat comes with a furnished living room (as shown in pictures), a kitchen, bathroom, a small garden and an allocated parking space.

It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a 5-7 minute walk to a bus stop that has transport links to London Waterloo, London Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Shoreditch, Aldwych, Lewisham, Peckham, Holborn, Leicester Square and others. It is also only 15-20 minute walk to London Bridge station, Tower Bridge, Borough tube station and Elephant and Castle, although many of the bus routes pass these aswell.

The rent is 143quid a week plus bills which are reasonable. If you are a working professional then the council tax will be your responsbility, however you only pay 75% of this. There is also an admin fee as it will be a change of sharer.

I am a 23 year old female studying nursing at London South Bank University, I am outgoing but like to chill and watch films, read books etc. I enjoy sports, especially football.
