We have a double room available in Bermondsey, situated about 5-7 minutes walk from the tube station (Bermondsey) on the jubilee line. Solid location, you can be in Green Park within 20 minutes door to door.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and a side table. The flat is a split level 4 bed maisonette, with all the bedrooms on the top floor and a kitchen, living room and bathroom/wc downstairs. Views of the shard from the back of the property and your room, for bragging rights.

Amenities in the house include; bath/power shower, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, fully fledged entertainment system (including steering wheel!) microwave, toaster etc etc etc

Attractions nearby include Tower Bridge and Shad Thames (5 min walk), Maltby Street Market (2 minute crawl), London Bridge (10 minute walk)

The current flatmates are Tristan - a cinematographer from Paris, Patrick - a Chef from Hertfordshire and Charlotte, a Student at LSHTM. We all get along very well, love a good drink down the pub or a culture trip to Essex.

Unfortunately we have to say goodbye to April who is jetting off to Australia next month on a freedom sesh. Sad to see her go so we need someone to perfectly fit in her place!

Preferably looking for a female, due to the need to balance out the genders and all that. So please, women preferred!

If you have a bike, no bikes are permitted in the flat, but there are rentable lockers in the estate for your perusal, should you need one. (£30 p/a)

Bills aren't included in the rent, and are paid separately, normally amounting to around £70-90 a month each, plus £20 on the gas card on a rolling rota with the other flatmates.

Upfront costs with this room are quite steep; £725 deposit + 1 month rent + c. £135 referencing fee - this totals about £1460. It sucks but yeah that's the deal.
