The flat is located on an estate in a safe area close to central London in Zone 2, with good transport links and food shops.

LCC, Southbank and King Cross universities are located 10-15 minutes away.

Apartment is split level- there is a lounge, bathroom with toilet and kitchen on the first floor and the advertised room is on the second floor.

There is also a loft- to store away bulk items if necessary.

Ideally we are looking for one person to share, however can consider two sharers.

We dont have neither garden nor balcony or terrace, but there are few parks located within few minute walking.

Large 24h ASDA and TESCO is located 5 min from home and BERMONDSEY tube station with many buses for various locations are located within few minutes walk.

The room has good space with a great views of London through your window. There is double bed, in-built wardrobe with another extra wardrobe, a computer desk and chest of drawers.

You would be sharing the house with two male professionals (a furniture designer/ joiner and design freelancer). We are laid back and easy going. Not party animals (perhaps only when its full moon), rather enjoy quality bottle of red with a good movie and healthy meal with friends.

We also have a car which we occasionally use to go out on a small day or weekend road trip.

Going out, socializing and meeting people is very important part of everyones life- so is ours, although we still like to take care of the place we live in and respect each other's space. Nipping a drop of milk for your morning coffee is tolerated though =)

We like everything ranging from truth seeking, creativity, design, yoga, financial and political apocalypse, conspiracies, fashion to traveling around the world, music to bungee jumping.

There are great transport links to central and east London close to house.

Buses to Shoreditch/ Liverpool street- 20 mins,
Trafalgar square 15-20 mins
Oxford street /Tottenham crt road (30-35 mins)
Camden (30-40mins)
