I am moving out mid - August and am looking for somebody to take on the lease. My current flatmate is a lovely and considerate person; I am moving out to live with my boyfriend.
The property is a 2 bed flat in a new development and it is in a very good condition. The flat is in a great location with lots of transport links, it is close to London Bridge, Tower Hill, Bermondsey and Borough.
It is a 2 minute walk from Bermondsey square and street with plenty of bars and restaurants, a short walk to Borough Market, South Bank and St Katherine's Dock.

The room available is a spacious double ensuite, and the bathroom was recently renovated. The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and a bedside cabinet.
The flat itself has a big and bright open plan kitchen/lounge area. It also has a good storage space in the hallway.

My flatmate, Nonye, values her own living space but is also happy for a coffee/ glass of wine and a chat. She tends to do most of her socialising outside the house although there may be an odd dinner party from time to time.

The rent with bills would roughly be £880 a month and it includes cleaning once every two weeks. The flat is managed by an agency with a good reputation and your deposit will be protected. There is a reference check and a handling fee is payable.
