The room is in a well-maintained flat in a modern, privately-owned block. It is very spacious with a king size bed, cupboard, sofa, bookcase and view of the Shard. There is a good sized kitchen and bathroom but please note there is no living room. You will be sharing the flat with one friendly professional 26 yr old guy.

The location is excellent: bus 78 stops just outside the block and goes to Liverpool Street in about 20 mins during rush hour. Bus 1 also stops here and goes to Waterloo, Holborn and Tottenham Court Road. This bus goes 24 hours so it is very easy to get home from anywhere in central London.

It is a 10 minute walk to Bermondsey tube (Jubilee line), 15 minutes to Borough (Northern line). Can walk to Tower Bridge in 12 mins, London Bridge 15-20 mins.

Bermondsey is a trendy area with plenty of bars and cafes. Sainsbury’s local and Tesco Express within 5 minutes walk from flat.

The rent does not include bills or council tax. One month’s deposit will be required.
