Bright Double Bedroom 2 Minutes From Tower Bridge

Hi,

I have this bright and spacious double bedroom in Bermondsey, just off Jamaica Road, at 2 minutes walk from Bermondsey Station, 5 minutes walk from Tower Bridge and 10 minutes from Canada Water.

A Tesco is just across the road and Southwark Park and Surrey Quays shopping Centre are only a few minutes walk away.

The flat is on a ground floor, 1 Bathroom to be shared with the Tenant, a huge Living Room and a Spacious, separate Kitchen. There is a small patio at the entrance.

I am a full time working professional and am out most of the time, but I still want someone who is polite, tidy and who wants to live in a quiet environment.

This is not exactly a party house, even if I sometimes enjoy inviting friends over for lunch or dinner and have a nice chat and beer.

My grandson (3yo) comes and visits me once or twice a week, and he might stay over for the night when needed, so I need someone who is fine with that and will understand and he is part of the house. he is a quiet and lovely boy and none of my previous tenants had any trouble with him.

This is the ideal room for a student or a professional who wants to live in a safe and cosy house, with a nice family.
We love people who like to socialize and have a small chat from time to time.

My daughter will be the first point of contact with you as my English over the phone is not the best.
