Two bedrooms on offer, in a three bedroomed house to share with me (see section below about me). One bedroom is GBP 729 per month, and the other, GBP 758. Both rooms will have very comfortable queen-sized beds. Bills are approximately GBP 67 per month.

There is a large lounge with an open fire, a large farm-house style kitchen and an attractive, well-kept garden. There is very easy access to public transport (10 minutes walk from Bermondsey tube - Jubilee line; and next to to bus-stops for Whitehall, Waterloo, Holborn, Tottenham Court Road). It is 20 minutes' walk to London Bridge, and very close to the river and the fashionable and historic Shad Thames area. We are 10 minutes' walk from renown Borough Market; and also close to The Shard, and to beautiful Southwark Park.

I am a 33 year old professional British woman, recently moved back to Bermondsey from the USA. I am a clean and very happy person - I go out a lot, and also enjoy reading and classical music. I like the location for the walking it allows, and the public transport. I love reading novels (PD James, and Wilkie Collins are my favourites at the moment) and dancing, yoga, pilates - that sort of thing!

I did Teach First when it first began (over ten years ago) and enjoy mentoring teenagers with the Girls Network and church youth groups. I love church music, and being involved in the communities that churches allow! I will be working in the City from September in Trade Finance, a business area that interests me a lot, and I'll be travelling frequently at weekends to Hereford to visit my folks!

I'm very sociable and love good company; I tend to eat very healthily though am not a particularly strict vegetarian (I do love a nicely roasted chicken on occasion). I drink moderately too (usually white wine). Above all else, I adore a good cup of tea, some cake, and a natter!

I'm looking for anyone who regards themselves as independent and a happy person to live with; individuals who are good company, generally clean though not fanatically so, and considerate. If this is you please get in touch... :)
