1dbl bedroom in a 2beds flat - Bermondsey Street

Hi all,
Im renting out one room in my 2-beds flat on Bermondsey street.
The flat is clean, quite new, with everything you need to live in there (except a TV maybe...). There's a big living room with a small kitchen with a dishwasher, a small-but-convenient bathroom with a bath btw the 2 rooms, wood on the floors, its quite nice actually.

The room is quite small, id say 4meters x 3meters, but comfortable (ive slept 1 year in it). There's a big wardrobe + drawers to put plenty of things in there.

The area is nice: there're plenty of nice restaurants on bermondsey street which is 20 mtrs away from the flat. As the flat is not on the street itself, it's quiet. Buses lines 42 and 78 to go to the City (15'), Jubilee line to canary warf & the West end.
Ah, there's also the best whisky pub ever 5' away from the flat, which is convenient for going back home if you want to try the whole drinks menu there one night!! And if you don't drink whisky.... well i trust the Pepsi's good too ;-)

Im a 30 y. o. french professional working in banking (original isnt it? :-) ), Ive been in london for 2 yrs now. I usually go out around Shoreditch, go to gigs, play petanque on saturdays (best sport ever, google it), or go back home in the alps for skiing in winter.
Ive been sharing flats for many years now, so Im quite used to it.

The room is available at the beginning of November. I brought an extra mattress in the living room in case there'll be an overlap, that can be convenient.

The rent: it's £1100 / month all included, even the cleaner that comes once / 2 weeks. You won't have to pay for anything more

You: Male/Female I don't really care as long as you're a sociable and clean, not "quite clean'... That's quite important as we're 2 in the flat. Im not expecting to have dinner w/ my flatmate every evening of course, but I don't want to live with someone who doesn't talk at all.
