Large Double room, Own Bathroom for short term let

Hi There,

I'm a 32yr old professional guy and I have a large spacious furnished double bedroom with own bathroom available in my flat to rent for short term lets (ideally 1-4 weeks), available from 25th February 2017.

The flat is a beautiful fully furnished two bedroom raised ground floor flat with large windows and heritage features as this is an old converted pub. There is a bike shed for you cyclists out there and a separate garage for the rubbish bins. The apartment also features a large living room with dining table and separate semi-open kitchen. Bermondsey station (Jubilee Line) is just a short 5 minute walk away, as well as many local amenities including two Tescos and a Sainsburys just a few mins away.

As I'm living there too, I'm looking for someone who I can get along well with and enjoy living together with. I'm a very friendly person and have a pretty chilled life in the week as I'm setting up my own business. I get on with people who are generally quite easy going, low maintenance, friendly and up for a drink every so often. Ideally you will be a working professional and will have experience of living with others, being respectful of the property and of each others space, while enjoying a social life and watching the occasional movie together.

For ease, I have included all costs for the flat into one weekly payment of £250, this combines the rent and the bills which include:
-Council tax
-Fortnightly Cleaner
-Full Sky Plus Package including Sky Movies and 20Mb Wireless Broadband
-Sky Phone Landline
-Gas
-Electricity
-Water

I am a gay man and so therefore this is a gay friendly flat. I have no age range preference so all are welcome. Sorry but I can't accommodate couples.

As I work from home most days the only thing I ask is that visitors are kept to an absolute minimum.
