Huge townhouse on the water!

We are renting a room for immediate occupancy in our fabulous 4 bed, 3 storey townhouse in Bermondsey. The house overlooks the river and is less than 100m from Tower Bridge. Its an easy walk to London Bridge or to commute into the city - but still super quiet and protected.

The house has huge separate kitchen and living rooms and three amazing housemates! We are two Aussie girls and an English guy; all professionals in our 30s. The house is a nice mix; pretty social but with everyone on their own schedules and out a fair bit.

The extra bonuses are - the house is in a gated community with a gym, concierge and shared garden. It is incredibly quiet but close to fabulous bars, Bermondsey street and the amazing Maltby Markets.

The room itself comes with a double bed and wardrobe (these are from a previous flatmate so if you would prefer to bring your own furniture, that's fine too). The house has all the necessary stuff - broadband, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Sky and a weekly cleaner - all of which is included in the rent (bargain!)

We are looking to get someone in asap so it will definitely be first come first served. Ideally we'd like to keep the balance of 2 girls, 2 guys and no couples please.
