Beautiful newly refurbished Property

Hi!

I have just placed an offer today on a beautiful 3 bed property close to Bermondsey/London Bridge for 600 per week, and have two spare rooms available.

The property has a garden which will be perfect for BBQs in the summer and a bright and sociable kitchen with big French doors opening out into the garden- the place is beautiful :)

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms (no en suite- the second bathroom is downstairs). The place is unfurnished at the moment although I have bargained with the landlord and asked him to put in a kitchen/dining room table with chairs, and a sofa in the living room...you will need a bed etc.

I am only looking to live with professionals- no students please. You will also need to come onto the contract with me so I will be more than happy to catch up for a coffee and we can go and view the place together!

Would be nice to live with maybe a couple and one other male as then it mixes the male/female ratio up a bit. Although I am not too fussed as long as people are hard working, sociable and easy to get along with! :)

I am a young professional working in compliance for a financial firm in the city,..looking to buddy up with people and find a decent new flat for us to live in :) looking for a home not just a place to sleep.

I work full time and am studying through my job so work hard during the week. But love meeting new people and am sociable!, Pref looking to live in a house with a group of 3 or more other young professionals that work hard, are ambitious like minded and outgoing.. I also have friends that live around and about London too as I am born and bred in South London/just outside, so have my own life too!

I enjoy going to the gym/running/keeping fit, interested in travel, new places, food, love my music festivals in the summer, socialising, meeting new people and generally enjoying life! :)

On the other hand I am ambitious and do work hard during the week, am pretty career focused and am studying too, so I appreciate that others will be working hard too and I will need to be focused during the week. I am respectful of others space and will need the same.

Am clean & tidy,. Looking to live with other young professionals that are employed full time, work hard and have similar interests.*
