Nice double room in Bethnal Green

Nice double room available in Bethnal Green. I am currently moving further north so need someone to replace me. You will be living with 2 very easy going cypriot guys (29) both working. Looking for a girl or a guy to share the flat.

The house is 2 minutes from Cambridge Heath rail station and 5 minutes from Bethnal Green tube station. Tesco, Sainsburys, cheap gym (Fitness for less), all 5 minutes from the house. Victoria park and Broadway Market are really close. Easy access to either Whitechapel, Brick Lane, Liverpool Street, Hackney, Shoreditch, Old street.

Unfortunately we dont have a living room but we have a nice kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. The flat is on the first floor and the room comes with a double bed, two wardrobes and a draw chest.

Rent is 520 a month plus another 70 (less when its summer) for all the bills (tax, water, gas, internet, electricity). 1 month deposit.

Looking for someone to come in on the beginning of May.
