The room is £810 (pcm all inclusive). Bills, Council Tax, TV license, internet and WEEKLY CLEANER in the common areas are included. One month deposit.

It is a NON PARTY HOUSE. 

SMOKING is only allowing at the patio.

We are three laid back architect and IT professionals in our late 20s and early 30s.. We offer a quiet, clean, and friendly environment where we can cook and eat together while chatting about the last world news, music, recipes, London events, work, among others.

We are mutually respectful of common and private spaces and time schedules, and we are looking for likeminded people who can appreciate such an environment.

The landlady is a young psychologist and stays at the property only for few days a year for professional reasons.

ABOUT THE AREA:

The property is located at the heart of East London, in a very charming and quiet street, just around the corner of Weavers Field .  

Several transport links (bus, tube, overground, train) to different zones of London and nearby. Bethnal Green tube station is at less than 10 minutes walking distance, as the overground station. Liverpool Street and Shoreditch stations are at a walking distance of 15-20 minutes.

The area is famous for trendy and organic cafes and restaurants, cinemas and art galleries. It is close to Brick Lane, Petit Coat Lane and both Broadway and Columbia Road Market. There are also many green areas, such as small parks and fields.  Victoria Park and Regents Canal are just few minutes away.

Most of the major banks, supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby.
