Gorgeous two bed flat set in a period mansion block, over looking the park on one of the most sought after quiet streets in Bethnal Green. The flat has recently had new double glazed windows fitted, a secure car park, is a stone's throw from both Bethnal Green underground and overground and is a short walk from Brick Lane.

I've lived here for 10 years and the landlady has never put the rent up – it is therefore much cheaper than all the others in the block!

Double bedroom
Your room is a good size, with a bay window and fully furnished.

Living room
Bright and airy, comes with my massive TV and big comfy sofas

Kitchen
Also a good size, has table and chairs and is fully equipped with a dishwasher

Bathroom
Apart from a couple of random Egyptian tiles on the wall, bathroom is decent, good condition and has a powerful shower (and a bidet)

How much?
Rent is £775 a month (half that for the 2 weeks in April, depending how long you stay) and includes everything Netflix, internet, utility bills etc.
Access to the car park can be arranged for £50 a month

Sharing with?
I'm off to Australia so renting my room whilst I'm away. You'll be sharing with a lovely Scottish girl. I've lived with her for 2.5 years. She's fully house trained, likes to stay in and eat her dinner whilst watching the soaps but can also occasionally be found pounding the Fabric or Oval Space dance floor. She likes coffee and wine, but her drink of choice is Strongbow. She's teeny tiny so doesn't take up much space.

Apart from the odd gathering, we generally keep the flat as a clean, calm oasis away from everything.
