Great single room in Bethnal Green

I've got one lovely single to rent in a 3 bed flat in Bethnal Green. The rent is £490 p/m excluding bills which total around £60 p/m. In addition to this a deposit of £690, will need to be paid. However, I rent through a private landlord so there are no agency fees , you will need to have references for both your previous landlord and job, but negotiations can be had.

The flat is 2mins walk from Bethnal Green tube 7mins from Whitechapel and less than a minute from the number 8. There's a large fully fitted kitchen and a big bathroom. For the price there 's not much better.

You'll be living with an artist and an accountant. We've lived here for a number of years and are looking for a replacement for a friend who has recently returned to live in Berlin. The flat is a very clean and peaceful place to live and we're looking for someone who would be keen to keep it that way. Always busy between work/study/running/cycling/run ning about/being not in/general activity means it's great to come home and cook in a relaxing place. That said, a chat, a drink, meeting new people are definitely enjoyed. Overall if you're reliable, clean and in possession of all mental faculties and a sense of humour, this just might be for you.
