I'm offering my bedroom for a short term let whilst I am away from mid-October to the New Year. It's a bright, double room in a lovely modern flat. The room is furnished with a very comfy king size bed, chest of drawers and a large fully built-in wardrobe.
This is a spacious three bedroom flat in a new development. Everything is new and in great condition. We have two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath), underfloor heating throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, generous living room with dining area, a huge balcony and communal roof terrace with views over the city.
Ideally placed for transport, we're opposite Cambridge Heath station and a 5 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube, with many local buses to get into central London.
We've lots of local amenities and are very close to Victoria park. A buzzer entrance system and an inner facing courtyard make our flat safe, quiet and secure. There is a lockable bike storage in the underground car park.
You will be living with two lovely flatmates, one male, one female, working in the media industry. It's a social flat, but also a clean and tidy one where privacy is respected! Full-time professionals please (no students, no couples).
