Large room in friendly gated development house

Hello!

Available is one large room in a 3-level, 4-bed house within a gated development near to Victoria Park and in between Bethnal Green and Mile End tubes. There are also good bus links, with Canary Wharf and Liverpool St 25 minutes away, as well as Dalston and Shoreditch for evening shenanigans. We are looking for someone who is able to move in at the earliest August 14th or September 1st at the very latest.

We are two guys and one girl and we're looking for one other person, male or female, to take this last room. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/toilet on the top floor, the same on the bottom, and then a large open-plan living room/kitchen plus garden terrace in the middle.

About us: Laid back and fun loving with ready senses of humour, but also hard working at our jobs and keen on keeping a good house. There are times when each of us likes to keep our own company and we're often out of the house or doing our own thing. However, at the same time we do end up spending a fair amount of time with each other in and out of the house and some firm friendships have been struck up in the last year amongst the current batch of housemates. Ideally we would be looking for someone who at least doesn't just say hello and goodbye.

What else we're looking for: Other than that, we're pretty relaxed on everything else, although you must be gainfully employed. Interest in music and films of any type is good, as it means we'll probably all get along. Having said that, do not apply if you like to play Aqua - Barbie Girl at full blast in the morning while you get ready.

The £665 covers the room and bills are between £85-110 pcm, depending on time of year. Included in the bills is BT infinity broadband, BT vision TV (with recording, pausing/rewind etc) and a cleaner twice per month for all the communal areas including bathrooms.
