Hello everyone,
we have a very nice room to let in our flat!
This is a great opportunity because you will be by yourself most of the time, since we will travel August and September.
The room is available from now to the 31st October but we are pretty flexible with dates.

The flat is on the ground floor of a small building in a very safe area, right between the open-spaces of Victoria Park and Bethnal Green tube . The location is just amazing, 7/8 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube st, 3 minutes to Victoria Park, 15 minutes from Colombia Road and 10 minutes from Broadway market. There are shops , galleries ,cafe' and pubs literally around the corner.

The property comprises two bedrooms, contemporary open plan living area with good sized living room and a great desk space. The kitchen is almost new and has everything you need, a washing machine and a nice dining table to seat 4-8 people. The toilet is clean with a nice bathtub.
There is also a nice patio with barbecue and space to safely park your bike.

The room has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, a wardrobe , a shelf and a rail rack. There is also plenty of storage space under the bed. It has been completely repainted and renewed with nice wooden floor. If required we can provide beddings, pillows and duvet.

A bit about us....we are a really friendly and fun Italian couple, 32 and 33 years old. Francesco is a 33 years old musician that has just finished a master in critical theory and Pamela is in art and fashion. We are looking for someone friendly, respectful and clean, who knows how to enjoy a conversation and a nice glass of wine in the evening. We need someone responsible able to look after our flat over the next few weeks so no party animals I am afraid!
