Double room in beautiful flat in Bethnal Green

Hello!

I live in a lovely 2-bed flat in Bethnal Green, and my great flatmate is leaving the country. Unrelated to living with me.

THE FLAT
- lovely open plan kitchen-living room, including dishwasher, tonnes of storage and a dining table for 4-5
- newly done bathroom with bath and shower
- wooden floors throughout
- the owner has lived here for the last few years so its nicely done up
- really secure ground floor flat in a well-built 1930s block with friendly neighbours

THE ROOM
Medium-small double, with comfy full sized double bed, tonnes of shelving and built-in clothes hanging rail. Faces onto the park.

THE CONTRACT LENGTH
We have a fixed term contract on the flat for 7 more months, plus 3 months' rolling after that.

THE LOCATION
The flat faces Weavers Fields park and is a short walk from Columbia Road, Shoreditch etc. Excellent transport links:
- 2 mins walk from Bethnal Green railway
- 9 mins walk from Bethnal Green tube
- 12 mins walk to Shoreditch High Street or White Chapel Station

THE FLATMATE
I'm a 27 year old teacher working in Newham. I'm clean, considerate, friendly and relaxed. I love cooking for friends, running and climbing, nice east London walks, drinking, dancing and hungover fry-ups. Radio 4 addiction but I occasionally try to break it up with Radio 6 to feel less pathetic.

Looking for...
Someone who is similarly clean and tidy but also relaxed. It would be great to live with someone who can share the odd glass of wine and dinner. In the week I get up quite early so someone with compatible working hours would be a bonus.
