Single room seeking male or female companion
Well hey there friendship,
Since our flatmate Simon is moving out to go live with his real friends, there will be space for YOU in the far land of Spare Oom.
The room is almost as big as something that is really small and it comes with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and super sexy lace curtains, rawr. Double glazed, wooden floors and boring wallpapers - the room itself has about as much character as Isabella Swan.
The flat is of above average London-nasty standard, meaning the tiles in the bathroom could use a bit of bleach. The kitchen is good sized and has everything you might need - yesterday we even found an ice crusher! How practical is that for mojito night? The garden is big, although needs a bit (shit loads) of work so that we can have BBQ's! Occasionally there's a cat visiting the garden. We love cats.
Current tenants are awesome. Camilla, Kamilla and Linn are three scandinavian Vikings with terrible taste in TV-series.
Camilla is a Swedish chef in a Swedish restaurant (höördi göördi) with a busy schedule. When she is home, the flat is the cleanest place on earth and a London adventure is just around a corner. Special skills involve talking really fast and cooking super awesome food. Yum. She is also super tiny.
Kamilla is a student from Denmark who's doing her internship at some sort of fancy danish boat insurance company stuff. She has dimples deeper than the ocean where she probably hides Linns' and Camillas' birthday presents. Her special skills do really not include changing light bulbs or cooking, but she really knows how to work the microwave and is a networking goddess.
Linn is from Sweden and is currently doing her bachelor's degree in Cultural and Creative Industries - meaning she will be poor for the rest of her life. She is mummy of the house and the only one who owns a power drill. Special skills include the ability to drink copious amounts of Pepsi Max and coffee and how to work a power drill.
What we are looking for:
*Someone who shares their sweets
*Someone who loves cats
*Someone who owns a few forks (we seem to have lost most of ours)
*Someone who uses the toilet brush when necessary
*Someone who knows the queen, Camilla really wants to have tea with her.
So, why not join this awesome flatshare in east just moments away from all the awesomness. The canal is like; right there(!), Broadway Market close by and Victoria Park around the corner. Buses will take you almost everywhere and if you are super lazy, national rail services will take you to Liverpool Street in 7 min. It's awesome.
There can be one person living in the room (conjoined twins may be considered). Rent is £434 per month plus bills which during the winter has been around £60 - £70 monthly per person so, maybe don't take baths everyday so that the bills don't increase too much. We approve of fairy lights though, in terms of energy usage.
We haven't got any pictures of the room yet - Simon is a messy cat, but attached are some photos of surrounding areas and cute animals, just because.
Write a line about yourself and we'll see what happens!
Ciao!
