Light and airy double bedroom in Victorian house

Light and airy double bedroom available in a Victorian terraced house near Columbia Road.

The house has a lovely cobbled garden, a shared lounge with Sky TV and a large kitchen with a dining table.

You would be sharing with the owner, me, and one small West Highland Terrier.

The room is in the back of the house overlooking the garden and is very quiet. There's a wardrobe, underbed storage and a small 1930s work desk. It has recently been redecorated to a high standard and is a clean and light space with stripped wood floors.

I am a very light smoker, so you would need to tolerate some infrequent smoking in the house. The dog and I are quite quiet, both of us have put our partying days behind us and so this let would suit a considerate, relaxed professional.

I enjoy cooking, reading, art, watching TV, films etc etc.

The room has become available as my former housemate is moving out after four years.

Liverpool St and Brick Lane are within walking distance with Bethnal Green tube 10 minutes walk away, Old St tube a 15 minute walk. At the weekend there's Broadway Market within striking distance and Columbia Road Flower Market just round the corner on Sunday.
