Luxury apartment, awesome flatmates, fab location

location, location, location....this little gem of an apartment is right at the heart of the east end, within 10mins walk to Hoxton, London Fields and Bethnal green. Cambridge Heath station is around the corner.

It is available for rent from now until the 5th of Sept and we are looking for someone for that whole period. Our contract ends on Sept 6th after which point the landlord will increase the rent. The flat has a lot of demand. If you wanted to stay past Sept 5th you can arrange that with the landlord.

The apartment....
Overall the place is awesome. It is 3 bedroom as the landlord has converted the once open plan living room into a kitchen/dining area and a double bedroom (the messy one in the pics)

The room to rent.....
Yours will be the messy one in the pics. Its a large double bedroom, with wardrobe, double bed and clean spotless mattress. Own private patio with lots of light. This is a large double bedroom not a small room with a double bed. Total cost £160 per week including all bills.


There is one bathroom in which everything works :)

40mg bt infinity broadband....fast like you wont believe.

Throughout the apartment the floors are tiled with under floor heating. So no radiators anywhere, or need for slippers.

Modern kitchen + washer dryer and dishwasher.

The costs....
This is a short term let. From move in date to Sept 5th, rent + 2 weeks deposit to be paid upfront. Deposit will be returned to you on Sept 6th.

Sharing....
As hardened 'sharers' , we have got the basics pretty well nailed; considerate of others, clean up after ourselves, help to keep the place tidy and like to make an effort with others. The ideal housemate would be reliable and hassle free, with a sense of adventure and zest for life.
