Room Available this week in friendly flatshare

We have a lovely double room to offer that will be available this week! Located in a nice and comfortable 3-bed flat. We are located only a few minutes walk from Brick Lane and Columbia Road market and all the usual amenities are close by.

There are lots of good things to say about this room and the flat itself.

Lets start with the room;
- new double bed frame and mattress, only a few months old
- wardrobe included
- recently decorated (but should you wish to decorate yourself then it can be arranged)
- The room does not look out over a road, so no passing traffic and noise etc

And as for the flat...
- very nice landlord (well known to us, but does not appear unless needed) and has looked after the place, with a lot of new improvements made in the past 6 months
- brand new kitchen
- new bath
- brand new washing machine
- large communal living room with TV and youview box (plus netflix)
- 2 brand new sofas living room
- superfast fibre optic broadband
- plenty of storage space in the kitchen cupboards and storage space elsewhere in the flat
- large fridge/freezer

The current occupants are a male (35) working in finance, and a female (24) who is a nurse. Because of our working times, we do come and go, but when possible we like to relax together, either going out to the many decent local pubs, or a quiet night on the sofa watching TV. We are not looking for a couple, single people only please.

Bills NOT included.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would be looking for someone who will appreciate living in a nice space with nice people! The flat is non-smoking.
