Nice Room In A Youthful House Near Bethnal Green

We have a room available in our house in Bethnal Green.

One month rent is £560.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

Cleaner coming once a week.

All you have to pay in order to move in:
One month deposit (£560)

One month in advance (£560)

Maximum stay is 6 months, but it's likely to happen that another room will be available later on for you to move in in the same house if you wish, if not you are welcome to stay for 5/6 months only.

The Room is big and among the other things, it comes with two beds which are used as a massive bed, it's up to you if you want to keep them both or remove one and therefore having more space for you to enjoy.

About the housemates:
We are a creative bunch of boys and girls from Italy, Australia, Sweden, Gran Canaria.
The house comes with eight rooms over 2 floors, two bathrooms, kitchen and an outdoor patio with a sort of terrace, great for the summer.
We will have a new kitchen very soon, the picture doesn't exactly match the current arrangement of the kitchen which has been improved though, and we are planning to put loads of decorations and anything we want really.
It is a creative house with a nice atmosphere, we try to keep it clean and tidy, there is a cleaner coming once a week too.
 We like sharing a meal or a drink, film, night out together from time to time when we can as we're all quite busy with working/studying. Everyone is respectful of each others privacy but there is a nice quite atmosphere in the house.
We also have a nice cat :)

Awesome location: many busses and 24h busses just 20 seconds away from the house as it is just off the crossroad. Bethnal Green Tube Station is just 6 minutes walking.
 Great area, walking distance to Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Canalside, Columbia Road, Victoria Park, Vyner street and much more.
