We have a double room available in a beautiful and light ground floor flat with a large garden and courtyard. The flat is always full of light and is quite as it is off the main road. There is also a shed for storage and a off the street parking space available upon request. In the courtyard there is also a pond and an outdoor BBQ area. The flat is well spaced out so there is good privacy and also a separate living room and kitchen.

The flat location is close to Brick Lane, Old Street, Shoreditch and The City. There are close transport links of Bethnal Green Tube & Rail. Buses to Liverpool Street and Bank are 15 second walk. Buses to Holborn and Oxford circus are a 2 minute walk. Columbia Road, Broadway Market and Victoria Park are all with in a 10 minute walk. There are also many amenities very close to the flat including Tesco and a very good Chinese.

We are two professionals who work a lot or are out at various sports classes or out to eat so we are not home all that much. We also have a cat who is mostly outside or laying on our bed. We like the weekdays to have a calm living space as we both work very hard. We are looking for a professional who also works hard and has a life outside of the flat as well.
