Cozy Room in Friendly House Bethnal Green

Cozy room available in a spacious two-story, four-bed house renovated two years ago. The move in date is around 23 June and the lease goes through the end of November, with the option to renew if interested. Our wonderful housemate is moving out of London for work and we are hoping to find someone fun and easygoing to take her place.

The house has a giant open plan downstairs area with a well-equipped kitchen, living room with two couches and a TV, big dining table, washing machine and dishwasher. There are two full bathrooms, each with a toilet, one with a shower, one with a shower and bath. The place is exceptionally large for the area.

The room for rent is upstairs with two other bedrooms and a large bathroom. It is furnished with a double bed, shelf, and bedside table. There is a chest of drawers and small wardrobe in the hallway that can be used by the person who takes the room. The room has a large window with plenty of sunlight during the day.

Excellent location just a two minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station (one stop from Liverpool Street on the Central Line) and a seven minute walk to Stepney Green tube station (District/Hammersmith & City Lines). Two minute walk to several bus stops, including the 24-hour 8 bus. Ten minutes walk to Victoria Park, Columbia Road, Broadway Market, twenty minutes walk to Brick Lane, Shoreditch, and Hackney. Near a giant Sainsbury’s and large Tesco, plus a small Sainsbury’s and Co-op just around the corner.

You’ll be living with Matt, Adam, and Stephanie: we are 3 professionals (& friends) in our 20s with no obvious disfigurements, looking for a considerate housemate who has respect for Sunday evenings, Saturday mornings, and wiping the top of the oven, whilst also enjoying a Friday night out, a conversation, and dinner. Not being racist, sexist, or smelly would also be a plus.

Rent is £490 per month all inclusive. Security deposit is also £490.
