Fantastic short term let - July and August

I am leaving this fantastic flatshare in Bethnal Green as I am moving a little further east.

Very sad to leave my three flat mates and hoping to find a someone to take the room for the summer before our friend moves in in September

We live in a four bed Victorian terraced maisonette just off Bethnal Green Road. There's a good sized dining room with separate kitchen as well as a shared bathroom and living room (with two very comfy sofas). We've got some outdoor space outdoor space through the back where the bikes live and a few plants to spruce the place up (its great for drinks in the summer). We are generally pretty tidy but have a cleaner once a month just for a little extra help.

The room you'd be taking is the biggest of the four at the front of the house and is extremely light with two large sash windows looking out over weavers fields. There's a massive king sized bed, huge wardrobe, desk, storage trunk, bed side drawers, stripped wooden floors, lovely fire place and lots of built in shelving.

It's a cracking location in the heart of East London. We're about a 5 min walk to Brick Lane, 8 minutes to Shoreditch High Street and about the same to Bethnal Green tube, 10 mins from Columbia Road, 20 mins to Victoria Park, and 20 mins to Broadway Market (all on foot!).

So, a bit about the flatmates: Lucy works in community development and is doing an MA in fine art at CASS, Beccy runs a Charity in East London and Lizzie is a lawyer. We all enjoy an occasional home-cooked meal together or a trip to the local for a few pints. We are all quite busy generally but often hang out on the evenings/weekends - there is always something going on!

The room is free from now, we would like somebody who can move asap active, friendly, in his late 20s or mid 30s.
