Nice room in converted pub in Bethnal Green

Hi,

I have a single room for rent in Bethnal Green, just off Hackney Road - right next to the delights of Broadway Market, Columbia Road, Hackney and Dalston, and 5 mins away from Bethnal Green underground (central line)

The room is in a three-storey, four bedroom house, a converted old victorian pub with bags of charm and character - containing good-sized living room, very large kitchen, two bathrooms, patio out back to store bicycles and a terrace with fairy lights, perfect for barbecues.

The rent is £505 a month - bills included!! An extremely cheap deal for the area and space in the house. We're well aware of how cheap this is for Bethnal Green/Hackney these days, the reason being that we make the extra effort to fix and take care of things in the house ourselves and in return - the landlord doesn't seem put the rent up.

You would be living with two females (26, 25) and one male (24) - all British.

I've been living here for 2 years and only moving out as relocating back home to Australia. You seriously can't ask for a better location!!

Moving in date is the 29th of June.
