Friendly House Share - Double Room Available

I am looking to rent my room out from 23 May 2014 until 28 June 2014.

The house is 5 minutes walk from the buzzy and exicitng Brick Lane and the house is on a really friendly road (also well lit at night).

The house is right next to a well kept park and is in a great location for transport. (Bethnal Green tube 10 mins walk, Liveropol Street 20 mins walk, Whitechapel 10 mins walk).

Two girls are currently living in the house. One works in events and the other is studying Law at London College of Law.

They are both friendly, no smokers, who like to have a chat in the evening, but also leave you to have your own time and space.

The room is on the second floor, each room is on its own floor, so you will have some peace and quiet if you need.

There is a shared bathroom, living room and also small garden out the back. All of these are kept clean and tidy.

There is wifi and the TV license is already paid for.

There is also a parking space round the back which is protected and safe.

I am going to be away for that period of time so would like someone who is going to look after and respect the house.
